Dojo Suwon AK Plaza is a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant in the food hall of AK Plaza in Suwon. It serves conveyor-belt sushi and fusion Japanese dishes, including taco wasabi and salmon sushi. Diners pick plates by colour and can also order soba or udon set meals. The sushi comes with thick cuts of hoe, while the udon noodles arrive soggy.
