Burgundy Haenggung

Burgundy Haenggung is an Italian restaurant in Haenggung-dong, Suwon, near the north gate of Suwon Fortress. It serves chewy, crisp gnocchi, crab rosette pasta, and seafood pilaf. Arriving around 2 p.m. on a weekday meant entering without a wait, and food came out quickly even without a reservation. The twumba pasta is creamy but a little heavy.
