Mood Pairing is a dessert cafe in Haenggung-dong, Suwon. It serves hazelnut brandy toast and a seasonal dessert omakase, with coffee brewed by drip. The beans have acidity and a floral aroma that pairs with the desserts. Each dessert's shape and flavor are tuned to its theme down to the smallest ingredient.
