Suncheon Waeseong

Suncheon Waeseong is a Japanese-style fortress in Suncheon, also called Waegyo-seong. Konishi Yukinaga built it during the Jeongyu War, and the Battle of Waegyo-seong took place there. The parking lot holds 50 cars and there is one restroom. Much of the fortress walls have been demolished, so the original form does not remain intact.
