Ryogoku Sumo Museum is located inside Ryogoku Kokugikan, near Ryogoku Station in Tokyo. It is an exhibition hall covering the history and culture of sumo, displaying gesshomawashi, yokozuna-related materials, nishikie, and banzuke from the Edo period to the present on one floor, with free admission. During the Tokyo honbasho period, a viewing ticket is required, and the museum is small in scale, with materials gathered in a single exhibition room. Exhibition explanations are mainly in Japanese, so a translation tool is needed.
