Seoul Kongbiji is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that makes kongbiji and kimchi kongbiji from domestic soybeans ground in-house. The kimchi kongbiji contains kimchi and meat, and is served with side dishes such as kongjaban, myeolchi bokkeum, and kkakdugi. The menu has only two rice dishes, kongbiji and kimchi kongbiji, so orders come out right away. In summer, the wait tends to get long.
