Chimao

Chimao is a small restaurant in the basement of Jangmi Sangga in Seoul, serving rice bowls and set meals. Its main dishes are karaage don, sake don, and pork jowl rice bowl. The basement space is set up like a pojangmacha and seats about 12 people at a time, so waits are needed in the evening. The store is cramped and poorly ventilated, so it takes on the smell of oil.
