Leppangppaeng

Leppangppaeng is a neighborhood bakery in Jamsil-dong, Seoul, selling French-style breads such as fougasse and scones. Bread meant as a meal replacement stands out, and the dough is chewy and plain. The baking draws on years of training in France, and baking classes are also held. The number of bread types is not large.
