The Lounge

The Lounge is a lounge bar on the 79th floor of Signiel Seoul in Jamsil, Seoul, serving cocktails, afternoon tea, and brunch. The afternoon tea set comes with sandwiches and desserts, and coffee can be refilled. Guests can stay while looking out over Seoul from the high floor, weekdays tend to be less crowded, and folded towels are placed in the restroom. Dessert quality varies.
