Qu Sushi

Q Sushi is an izakaya in a residential alley near Bangi Station and Seryun Middle School in Seoul, serving hoe and sushi. The menu covers raw fish, soups, grilled dishes, fried dishes, braised dishes, and steamed dishes, including aged hoe sashimi platters and basil jjamppong. Oily fish such as mackerel and horse mackerel are seared with a torch to add a smoky note, and the soju glasses can be chosen to preference. The location in a narrow residential alley makes it hard to reach.
