Palgagdong

Palgakdong is an izakaya in the alleys of Songridan-gil, near Seokchon Station and Seokchon Lake, serving tantanmen, dongpa yuk rice bowls, and black vinegar tangsuyuk. The menu adds Chinese dishes such as mapo tofu rice bowls and majangmyeon alongside seasonal items, with food chosen and eaten at the counter. On weekends at opening time a wait of about 30 minutes is possible, but writing down menu choices while waiting brings the food out five minutes after sitting down. Regular soju is not sold.
