Joyo is an izakaya in Seoul, near Olympic Park, serving uni pasta, motsunabe, and sashimi. The menu covers meat, fish, pasta, jeon, and soup, along with uni kaisen maki. Reservations are available in advance, and dishes arrive in small portions meant to be shared across the table. The space is small, so the gaps between tables are not wide.
