Geugyeot

Geugyeot is a bar in Jamsil Songridan-gil, Seoul, serving traditional liquor with fusion Korean food. It reworks familiar Korean dishes through the sauces and plating of a chef who studied Western cuisine. The chef explains each dish and recommends traditional liquor pairings, and the food is presented to be enjoyed visually as well. There are no tables, only bar seats, with room for about ten people.
