Chuuk, Late Night Izakaya

Chueok is an izakaya near Seokchon Lake in Songpa-gu, Seoul, serving sashimi, aged hoe, and various anju. Avocado negi maguro is eaten by wrapping yukhoe and avocado in gim, and subuta comes as deep-fried samgyeopsal sweet-and-sour pork. The matgim charim runs from three appetizers to a sashimi platter, motsu nabe, and chodang corn milk pudding, with one bottle of corkage free. The highball has a light yuja scent.
