Yeongbyeon Hoetjip is an old raw fish restaurant in a residential area beside the Songjeong riverside in Busan, serving flounder sekkosi. Small flounder is cut finely with the bones and served on an individual plate with house-made chojang, a special ssamjang, and radish. The restaurant has continued a 40-year tradition, and maeuntang (spicy fish stew), seodeori-tang, and kimchi are also available. Side dishes are not served separately.
