Yeonggeum Mulhoe is a restaurant in Sokcho that serves mulhoe with sea cucumber, munggae, and hoe, along with hoedeopbap and hoemuchim. For the teukmodeum and sekkosi mulhoe, diners choose rice or somyeon and add chojang. The outdoor fish tank and open kitchen are kept clean, and tables are wiped with alcohol. The mulhoe broth is neither salty nor sweet and is on the bland side, so chojang is added before eating.
