Wando Hoe Restaurant

Wando Hoe Sikdang is a raw fish restaurant in the Sokcho Food Alley that serves squid mulhoe and sliced flatfish hoe-deopbap. The squid mulhoe is made by pouring a spicy and tangy gochujang broth over shredded radish and raw squid, then eaten with somyeon noodles or rice mixed in. Business hours are short, running from 9 AM to 12:30 or 1 PM. On weekends, arriving around 9 AM can still mean waiting more than an hour.
