Uiryeong Sikdang is a hoe naengmyeon restaurant in Sokcho. Its signature dishes are myeongtae hoe naengmyeon and ojingeo sundae, and the noodles are thin and chewy. The dining area is clean and onyuksu is served. The portions of naengmyeon and galbitang are not large.
