Taepyeongyang Mulhoe

Taepyeongyang Mulhoe is a takeout shop in Sokcho Jungang Market that sells mulhoe made with wild flatfish. It uses only white-fleshed flatfish, with no sea squirt, and packs the mulhoe sauce in a beer can. The sauce, broth, and noodles come separately, so you add the sauce and broth first and put in the noodles at the end. Lines for ordering are common.
