Sokcho Hongge Ramyeon

Sokcho Hongge Ramyeon is a Korean restaurant in the alley directly in front of Jungang Dakgangjeong in Sokcho Jungang Market, serving hongge ramyeon and gimbap. The signature dish is ramyeon cooked with a generous amount of red snow crab, boiled over a brazier at the table. The ramyeon is partly cooked in the kitchen and finished at the table, and rice and a raw egg can be added to the remaining broth to make hongge juk. It opens at 9 a.m., and the crab is served already cleaned for eating.
