Sanga Hoejip

Sangah Hoejip is a raw fish restaurant in Cheongho-dong, Sokcho. It serves set menus with a full course and snow crab, bringing out hoe first, then crab, bokkeum-bap, and maeuntang in that order. Reservations mean being seated without waiting, and bringing your own wine gets you an opener and wine glasses. The portions of hoe are on the small side.
