Samsam Croquette

Samsam Goroke is a shop in Sokcho Jungang Market that sells handmade croquettes filled with Sokcho red crab, potato, and Abai ingredients. Six flavors are available: red crab, buljjamppong, mentaiko cream, gochujjapchae, potato, and sweet red bean, each fried to order with a crisp outside and a moist inside. The dough and fillings are made in-store, and six-piece sets come with name stickers for each flavor. The shop sits across from the Manseok Dakgangjeong main branch and uses Sokcho local products, making the croquettes a snack suited for giving as a gift.
