Nakcheon Hoegwan

Nakcheon Hoegwan is an old naengmyeon restaurant in Sokcho that serves myeongtae hoe naengmyeon, mul naengmyeon, and suyuk. The myeongtae hoe naengmyeon has a mild Pyongyang-style broth topped with myeongtae hoe. Before the noodles arrive, onyuksu and naengyuksu are served first, and each table has written instructions on how to eat the dish. Parking is tight, so it is difficult to park when the lunch crowd gathers.
