Matkkal Kalguksu

Makkal Kalguksu is a jang kalguksu restaurant in Sokcho. It serves jang kalguksu, deulkkae kalguksu, and haemul kalguksu, with broths that range from spicy to clean-tasting depending on the menu item. Before the noodles, barley rice topped with bean sprouts and mu saengchae arrives, mixed with soy sauce. The jang kalguksu is spicy and on the salty side.
