Kitchen Onyu

Kitchen Onyu is an Italian restaurant at the far end of an alley in Sokcho, serving abalone aglio e olio and squid and abalone risotto. The abalone is cooked until tender and topped with gamtae, while the squid risotto gets its texture from seaweed and gimbugak. Diners write their names on a waiting list and wait, and food tends to come out quickly even before lunch. The wait runs up to 1 hour 20 minutes.
