Jinyang Hoetjip

Jinyang Hoetjip is a 50-year-old raw fish restaurant in an alley inside the Sokcho port area, serving mulhoe and house-made ojingeo sundae. The mulhoe comes with that day's fish and seafood in an unsweetened broth, and the ojingeo sundae is steamed rather than dipped in egg and pan-fried. Old pop songs play in the dining room, and the interior and restroom are kept clean. The mulhoe is filled generously with several kinds of hoe and seafood, and the restaurant has been featured on broadcast programs.
