Insaeng Yeokjeon

Insaeyeokjeon is a potato pancake shop in Sokcho Jungang Market. The pancakes are made to order from potatoes ground by hand, and the shop also sells memil jeonbyeong and ojingeo sundae. Seating is available inside the store, and four tables sit in the alley next to it. When the shop is busy, food can take more than 20 minutes.
