Ichiba Ramen

Ichibara Ramen is a ramen shop near Jungang Market in Sokcho. It serves special donkotsu ramen and hongge-sal myeongnan cream ramen, and makes its donkotsu broth by simmering domestic pork bones for 30 hours. It opens at 9 a.m., and orders placed at the kiosk come out quickly. There are single seats for solo diners and children's tableware and chairs.
