Hwiga is a seafood restaurant near Sokcho Jungang Market that sells assorted hoe and mulhoe for takeout. The assorted hoe changes daily and is cut thick, with flounder, rockfish, flatfish and ibaegi. A couple has run it for 30 years, and phone orders are prepared for pickup. Lines form even on weekdays, so there can be a wait.
