Ho-in Sushi

Hoinsushi is an omakase sushi restaurant in Sokcho. The courses use seasonal local seafood and shari made with red vinegar, and include sea urchin and flounder sushi. Dinner proceeds through sashimi, cooked dishes, and sushi, with courses running up to 25 items. The course prices are on the expensive side.
