Hawk’s Pho and Hanwoo Noodle

Maeja Sikdang is a Vietnamese restaurant in a residential neighborhood of Sokcho. Its beef pho uses a rich broth with thick, tender Hanwoo beef added in quantity, and it also serves bun cha and chao tom. It was opened by the granddaughter of a grandmother who ran a meat restaurant after returning from Seoul, and at lunch you wait in line without a reservation. The pho broth is not refilled.
