Choego Kalguksu wa Shabu Shabu

Choego Kalguksu wa Syabeusyabeu is a kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) restaurant in an alley on the old road in Geumho-dong, next to the Sokcho Jungang Market parking lot. It cooks the noodles in a shabu-shabu broth with plenty of vegetables. The dish includes chewy noodles and thinly sliced sujebi (hand-torn dough soup). The restaurant also serves house-made dongchimi and kimchi, and its small space is set in a residential area.
