Basaktwi Bap is a handmade snack shop in the alleys of Sokcho Jungang Market. It makes oranda with a light coating of jocheong and snacks that contain peanut pieces. Nurungji yugwa is made and sold on the spot, and the oranda does not harden even after several days. Hyeonmi nurungji chips are crisp without oiliness, and hwanggeum memil chips give off a savory aroma.
