Yangcheoljip

Yangcheoljip is a meat restaurant near Dosan Sageori in Sinsa-dong, Seoul, serving samgyeopsal (pork belly) and pork jowl. When you order, the meat is taken from the refrigerator, cut, briefly seared, then cooked on a slanted stone griddle with kimchi and seasoned bean sprouts placed on top. At lunch, kimchi stew is available and comes with kimchi and dongchimi. The samgyeopsal is on the higher-priced side for Sinsa-dong.
