Woo Tender

U Tender is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Apgujeong, Seoul, that grills Hanwoo tenderloin and flower-cut beef. Many customers order the signature tenderloin and Hanwoo ramyeon together with gochujang jjigae, and staff grill the meat at the table. Meat is seared on the surface and then rested to keep the juices in, and the tenderloin can be grilled either cubed or steak-style. The menu centers on Hanwoo, so prices are on the higher side.
