Uhuru Hwa

Uhuru Hwa is a charcoal grill restaurant in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, serving nuruk-aged meat, skewer rice bowls, and highballs. It grills tomahawk and sirloin in advance and also serves hanwoo yukhoe and highballs mixed in-house. At lunch, you pick skewers and seasonings at the U-shaped bar counter and receive odeng soup, side dishes, and a skewer rice bowl. In winter the full-glass front is not insulated, so it is cold to stay long.
