Sukseong Hoe Sarang

Sukseong Hoesarang is a raw fish restaurant in Seoul that serves aged hoe and winter yellowtail. The hoe arrives one piece at a time with an explanation of each cut, and the yellowtail is presented as a winter seasonal menu. It is a second brand of chef Jang Jong-hyeon and is connected to Sushi Jang Jong-hyeon. The restaurant closes early.
