Orabang is a restaurant in Sinsa-dong, Seoul, that serves traditional Jeju dishes such as dombe-gogi and momguk. The momguk contains gulfweed and shredded meat, and the restaurant also sells makchang sundae and gogi-guksu, while the hairtail is fried so that even the bones are crisp. The dining area is clean, and orders of dombe-gogi or momguk come with a clear soup. The dombe-gogi has a noticeable oily quality and smell, and the meat is on the chewy side.
