Mirim Yangjang is a Chinese restaurant near Apgujeong Rodeo in Seoul that serves Peking duck and other Chinese dishes. The Peking duck is ordered as a half bird and eaten wrapped in thin pancakes with cucumber, scallion, and sauce, alongside wood ear mushroom and cucumber salad and fried eggplant. The open kitchen shows ducks being aged, and each order is carved in front of the table. It has private rooms and large group seating, and operates with no corkage fee.
