Insaeng Katsu

Insaeng Katsu serves Japanese-style donkatsu inside the Elephant shopping center in Apgujeong-dong, Seoul. The mixed katsu set comes with deungsim katsu, cheese katsu, and tiger shrimp katsu, while the kimchi donkatsu nabe is simmered in a broth that is not spicy. Both the hire katsu and deungsim katsu are thick cuts, and the cheese katsu stretches with mozzarella. Even during the busy lunch rush, with many dine-in customers and takeout orders, orders were handled quickly and accurately.
