Eoseong Ilsik

Eoseong Ilsik is a sushi omakase restaurant in Apgujeong-dong, Seoul. The omakase course serves sashimi, sushi, chawanmushi and ankimo in sequence. The full course takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes, and each seat has a partition. Reservations are recommended before visiting, and the chef offers little menu explanation or small talk, with the shari on the firm side.
