Algorithm

Algorithm is a small restaurant in Sinsa-dong, Seoul, serving a fusion dinner course built from creative sauces and combined ingredients. The course includes Hanwoo dishes such as Hanwoo tenderloin and Hanwoo sirloin mini burgers, a dish combining salmon and Hanwoo, and a tofu dish. The meal proceeds by following unfamiliar flavor combinations while listening to explanations of each dish. The courses run heavy in sequence, which can make eating difficult partway through.
