Goen Go Bongjeom is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Sillim that serves saeng samgyeop galbi and pork skin. Staff grill the saeng samgyeop galbi, which includes galbi sal, samgyeopsal, and hangjeong cuts, over charcoal, and it is eaten with baek kimchi, pa jeorim, and a spicy sauce. The meat is cut as it cooks and the galbi bones are deboned, and an americano is served after the meal. Staff bring refills of side dishes without being asked.
