Galbi Chon

Galbi Chon is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Sillim-dong, Seoul, that grills beef ribs, pork ribs, and pork collar. The pork ribs are ordered bone-in and served with pa muchim, and the meal ends with naengmyeon and doenjang jjigae. Side dishes and vegetables are refilled first when they run low, and the grill plate is changed often. The facilities are on the old side.
