Deulkkaehyang Jangsumil

Deulkkaehyang Jangsu Mil is a kalguksu restaurant in Euncheon-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, serving deulkkae, bajirak and eolkeun kalguksu along with kaljebi. The deulkkae kalguksu comes with a rich, heavy broth, the eolkeun kalguksu with the savoriness and heat of bajirak, and the bajirak kalguksu with a cool broth. Orders arrive with barley rice before the meal, which is mixed with yeolmu kimchi, gochujang and sesame oil, while kimchi and water are self-serve. At lunchtime the seats are almost full and parking is difficult.
