Shinsekai Motsunabeya honten

Shinsekai Motsunabeya honten is a motsunabe restaurant set slightly off the main street of Shinsekai market in Osaka. The pot arrives uncooked, and you boil it yourself at the table; the remaining broth is finished as a cheese risotto. There is no Korean or English menu, so orders are placed by looking at a translation app or photos of the menu. Seating is on the floor, which becomes uncomfortable for the legs and hard on the back during a long stay.
