Doremi

Kissa Doremi is an old kissaten in Osaka that serves pudding à la mode, parfaits, and hotcakes. It sits in front of the Tsutenkaku observation deck in Shinsekai. Before noon it sells a morning set, and seating is arranged at the door. The interior allows smoking, so it is not suitable for non-smokers or children.
