Sushi Etsu

Sushi Etsu is a sushi restaurant in Osaka that serves omakase. Its sushi and sashimi highlight the natural flavor of the fish, paired with seven kinds of Japanese wine or a sake pairing. The omakase runs by reservation, and the Ayame course takes two hours and thirty minutes. There is no elevator, so you go up to the second floor using the narrow stairs to the right of a ramen shop.
