Shirangana

Shirangana is a takoyaki shop near Triangle Park in Amerika-mura, Osaka. Its signature item is negishio omori, takoyaki topped with a large amount of green onion, and it also serves a basic sauce version along with mentaiko cheese and cheese takoyaki. Orders are cooked to order, and customers eat standing beside the shop or seated on the second floor. The negishio has a strong salt and mayonnaise flavor and is on the rich side.
