Gin'an Shinsaibashi is a skewer and kamameshi restaurant in Shinsaibashi, Osaka. Fried skewers are dipped in a thick dashi broth, and sauce or salt is chosen per skewer. Kamameshi takes more than 30 minutes to prepare. On weekday evenings reservations fill most of the seats.
